Emerging from the real estate downturn of the mid 2000’s, in 2014 BohLand launched with experience, bold vision and intuition what was then one of the few condominium projects in the entire metropolitan area. The Regatta was soon recognized as the most successful condominium project with over $60 million in sales completed prior to completion of construction. The beautifully 58 finished units were built-out in less than 15 months.
